Match-Trader alternative: FirmForge vs Match-Trader

Match-Trader is one of the few trading platforms that bundles its own CRM, prop tooling, liquidity and payment processing. FirmForge covers less ground and costs less to start: a self-service white-label product that ships its own trading screen, client portal and back office under your brand. This page sets the two side by side.

Who Match-Trade Technologies is

Match-Trade Technologies is a software company whose product list covers the Match-Trader trading platform, a Client Office with CRM, prop trading software, an MT4/MT5 bridge with a risk management system, liquidity and data feeds, MT4/MT5 hosting and its own payment processor [1]. It names forex brokers, proprietary trading firms, trading influencers and IBs as its customers [1].

The platform ships as web, mobile and desktop apps, and the white label is "available in stores and via browser" [1]. A social and copy trading app sits alongside it [1]. For prop firms, the Prop CRM supports challenges hosted on Match-Trader, hosted on MT5, or split across both as a hybrid [3].

Operators who look for a Match-Trader alternative usually do so on cost and scope. The published entry price is in the thousands of dollars a month, and much of what is bundled, such as liquidity, an MT5 bridge and a payment processor, matters most to brokers who are already trading at volume. A new firm may not need it yet.

Match-Trader pricing, as published

Match-Trader is unusually open about price. Its pricing post, dated 8 November 2024, lists these figures (as published on the Match-Trader site, October 2026) [2]:

The same post says Match-Trader does not require a yearly commitment and that infrastructure costs are included [2]. Note that the match-trade.com homepage says licensing "can start from $5,000" [1], which does not match the $2,500 figure, so confirm the current entry price with the vendor. A setup fee, revenue share or per-account charge is not stated in either source.

Set against that, FirmForge charges one flat monthly fee for each platform. Custom starts at $400, Growth costs $799, Professional costs $1,499, and Enterprise is quoted on request. Nothing is added for setup, accounts, trades or challenges. Current details are on the pricing page.

When Match-Trader is the better choice

When FirmForge fits better

FirmForge sells software and nothing else. It does not act as a broker, and regulatory permissions remain the operator's job.

Match-Trader's pricing post lists the White Label from $2,500 a month, a $4,000 monthly turnkey prop package and a Server Licence from $5,000 a month. Its homepage says licensing can start from $5,000, so check the current figure with Match-Trade.

On published prices, yes. FirmForge plans run from $400 a month (Custom) to $1,499 a month (Professional), with no setup fee. Match-Trader bundles items FirmForge lacks, liquidity and an in-house payment processor among them, so weigh the price against what you will use.

No. FirmForge does not supply liquidity of any kind. Operators who want the platform and liquidity from one supplier will find Match-Trade closer to that.

No. Challenges on FirmForge run on its proprietary engine and trade room, and MT5 is not an option. If MT5 challenges matter, Match-Trader's Prop CRM handles MT5 and hybrid books.

Match-Trader describes a launch in about one week across four phases. On FirmForge, the platform is created within minutes once you sign up and pick a plan, and going live that day is usual once DNS resolves.
