Billing questions we get asked
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, and no minimum term. You pay the plan price and nothing else unless you choose add-ons.
How does billing work?
You fund an account wallet and your subscription is deducted from it monthly. Wallet top-ups are currently processed in crypto (BTC or USDT), with card billing rolling out. Add-ons bill the same way.
Can I run more than one platform?
Yes. One account can operate multiple platforms, for example a prop firm and a brokerage side by side, each with its own branding, domain, plan, and client base.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your platform is paused in place on its current plan until you pay. Nothing is deleted: clients, accounts, and history are retained, and full access is restored the moment the subscription resumes.
Is FirmForge branding removed?
Paid plans remove FirmForge upgrade prompts from your client-facing pages and admin area. Your clients see your brand, your domain, and your name.
