Billing questions we get asked
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, and no minimum term. You pay the plan price and nothing else unless you choose add-ons.
How does billing work?
You fund an account wallet and your subscription is deducted from it monthly. Wallet top-ups are currently processed in crypto (BTC or USDT), with card billing rolling out. Add-ons bill the same way.
Can I run more than one platform?
Yes. One account can operate multiple platforms, for example a prop firm and a brokerage side by side, each with its own branding, domain, plan, and client base.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your platform keeps its plan. It runs normally for 3 days, then new trades are paused and the platform slows down until the wallet is funded. Nothing is deleted: clients, accounts and history are kept, and full service returns as soon as the renewal is paid.
Is FirmForge branding removed?
Your clients never see FirmForge. Every plan is fully white-label, with no FirmForge branding or upgrade prompts on your client-facing pages. Your clients see your brand, your domain, and your name.
