YourPropFirm Alternative: FirmForge vs YourPropFirm (2026)

Comparison

YourPropFirm alternative: FirmForge vs YourPropFirm

YourPropFirm is a challenge engine and CRM that sits on top of trading platforms you license elsewhere, such as MT5, cTrader or DXtrade. FirmForge ships its own trade room together with the portal and back office. The real question is whether you want an operations layer over somebody else's platform, or one product that covers both.

What YourPropFirm does

YourPropFirm describes itself as an operating system for prop trading firms, handling platform connectivity, risk, payments and trader operations [1]. It is not a trading platform. Instead it connects to third-party platforms, and its homepage lists MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, TradeLocker, Rithmic and Sirix [1].

The product set includes a dashboard and CRM with unified trader records, a configurable real-time risk rule engine, a white-label trader portal for challenges and payouts, and a challenge and payout engine with "unlimited configurations" [1]. KYC runs through SumSub, Veriff and Shufti Pro, and payments go through 12+ PSPs, with Stripe, Rapyd and Volt given as examples [1]. It also lists affiliate and IB management, AI fraud detection and data-warehouse exports [1].

It serves prop firms only, from new launches to broker-backed operators, and claims "85+ active firms" [1]. Copy trading, MAM or PAMM, and liquidity are not mentioned on its site.

Firms usually look elsewhere for one of three reasons: the revenue share on the white-label tier, the need to manage two vendors (a platform licence plus the CRM), or plans for a brokerage, which YourPropFirm does not cover.

YourPropFirm pricing and the PropSuite terms

YourPropFirm publishes two models, as shown on its site in October 2026:

A related site, PropSuite, which presents itself as a sister platform, repeats the $2,749 one-time fee and the absence of a monthly platform fee, but its other terms differ. It quotes "$5 per account + 5% of revenue", says founders get "up to 70%" of net revenue "floored at zero", and states that trader payouts are paid "from our capital, not yours" [3]. That does not match the 50% split on yourpropfirm.com, so confirm which terms apply before comparing costs.

FirmForge charges a fixed amount each month for each platform and takes nothing from your revenue or at setup. Custom starts at $400 a month, Growth costs $799, Professional $1,499, and Enterprise is priced on request. Optional add-ons are billed monthly on top; the pricing page has the details.

When YourPropFirm is the better choice

When FirmForge fits better

One caveat: FirmForge's built-in payment methods are manual (bank transfer, crypto addresses, Interac) and approved in the back office. FirmForge sells software only. It supplies no capital or liquidity and is not a broker, so licensing and compliance remain your responsibility.

Moving a prop firm from YourPropFirm to FirmForge

  1. Open the demo and place a few trades as a challenge trader, then review the same account from the admin login.
  2. Register at app.firmforge.cfd and choose Prop Firm as the platform type.
  3. Upload your logo, set brand colours and a sender address, then add DNS records for my., admin. and trade. on your domain.
  4. Rebuild each challenge in the challenge engine: phase count, profit target, maximum drawdown, daily loss limit and payout split.
  5. Set up your payment methods, KYC review and payout approval steps in the back office, and add staff with the right roles.
  6. Check the exit terms on both your YourPropFirm agreement and your trading platform licence, since both relationships may need notice.
  7. Choose a cut-over date. Let open challenges finish where they are and start new sign-ups on FirmForge.

Frequently asked questions

YourPropFirm's white-label Prop Suite tier is published as a $2,749 one-time setup fee, no monthly platform fee and a 50% revenue share. Its Enterprise tier has no revenue share, but figures are not published. A sister site, PropSuite, states different terms, so confirm the split with the vendor.

No. It is a challenge engine, CRM and trader portal that connects to platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, TradeLocker, Rithmic and Sirix. You still need a licence or account with one of those platforms.

No. FirmForge is a platform in its own right: challenges run inside the trade room it develops itself, on its own trading engine, and it does not connect to MT5. On Enterprise, a cTrader, DXtrade or Match-Trader you want to keep can come with you (see pricing). If your traders must trade on MT5, or you only want a challenge CRM over the platform you run now, YourPropFirm is the closer fit.

No. You pay the monthly plan price for each platform and nothing else is deducted: there is no revenue share, setup fee, or charge per account or per challenge. Optional add-ons are billed monthly.

YourPropFirm says its standard technology is ready in 10 days and Prop Suite in about three days. FirmForge creates your platform within minutes once you pick a plan, and most operators open to clients on the same day once DNS is set.
