Comparison
TradeLocker is a trading platform that prop firms and brokers plug into a wider stack of CRMs, bridges and liquidity partners. FirmForge ships the platform and the back office together. If you are weighing the two, the real question is how much of the stack you want to assemble yourself.

FirmForge is our product. Competitor details come from their public websites as of October 2026; check current terms with each vendor.
TradeLocker builds trading apps for the browser, desktop and phone, with mobile versions on iOS, Android and Huawei AppGallery [1]. Its business offering covers platform integration for brokerages, prop firm solutions, a back office, connectivity, and "Hub for Business", a marketplace for brokers and prop firms [1]. The operating company is TradeLocker Limited, registered in Ireland [1].
For traders it offers TradingView charting, on-chart trading, risk tools such as stop loss, take profit and a risk calculator, and TradeLocker Studio for automation and backtesting [1][3]. For operators the back office handles instrument setup by liquidity and bridge provider, leverage, commissions and swaps, reporting, live trade monitoring and account status changes [4].
The part to check closely is the CRM. TradeLocker's plans include a "CRM API connection" [2][5], and its own prop guide tells firms to choose a "CRM to manage challenges, payments, KYC, and dashboards" that integrates with TradeLocker [6]. Its listed CRM and back-office partners include B2Broker, FX Back Office and Brokeree [4]. In practice that means a second vendor for the challenge engine, KYC and payments, and that second contract is a common reason operators look for a TradeLocker alternative.
TradeLocker bills by active account, meaning any account that held an open position at some point in the billing month [2][5]. As published on the TradeLocker site, October 2026:
Cloud hosting is included in both price lists [2][5]. The CRM you connect is a separate cost, set by whichever partner you choose.
FirmForge prices differently: a flat monthly fee per platform that already includes the CRM, client portal, KYC review and challenge engine. Plans start at $400 a month (Custom), with Growth at $799 and Professional at $1,499. There are no per-account or per-challenge fees. See pricing for current plans.

Two limits to state clearly: FirmForge does not provide liquidity, and it is software, not a broker. Your own licensing and compliance obligations stay with you.

TradeLocker publishes $3,000 a month for its prop Starter plan, covering up to 500 active accounts, and $5,000 a month for its broker Starter plan, covering 1,000 live accounts and 2,000 demo ones. Both have no setup fee and a minimum monthly fee.
TradeLocker's plans include a CRM API connection, and its prop guide advises picking a CRM that handles challenges, payments and KYC and integrates with TradeLocker. Every FirmForge plan comes with a native CRM, and prop platforms add a built-in challenge engine.
No. FirmForge has its own trading engine and a trade room that runs in the browser; it does not sit on TradeLocker, MetaTrader or cTrader. Its Enterprise plan lets operators bring a DXtrade, cTrader or Match-Trader they already use, but TradeLocker is not on that list.
TradeLocker says it typically sets up the platform within 10 days of deal closure, or up to 2 months for tailored settings. With FirmForge the platform is in place as soon as you finish signing up, so launching that day is common.
No. You pay one fixed monthly amount for each platform, however many accounts trade, and there are no charges per trade or per challenge.
The demo puts the trading screen, the client portal and the back office in one place, and you do not need an account.
