MAM/PAMM Platform
MAM and PAMM accounts, pooled allocation, performance fees with high-water mark, investor statements, and manager approval. The full managed-trading stack, on your domain.
Launch managed accounts without rebuilding infrastructure.
How it works
Three capabilities that have to work together or managed accounts are dangerous: pooled allocation, fair fee math, and investor-grade reporting.
Fair to both sides from day one, not retrofitted later.
Trade on one master account. Investor allocations happen automatically on your fills. Set your management and performance fee schedule and the platform collects on close.
See every allocated trade, your real PnL after fees, and the high-water mark that protects you. Withdraw during defined windows, approve or revoke the manager anytime.
Pooled Allocation
The manager opens one trade on the master account. Pro-rata allocation distributes it across all investors by equity weight, instantly, at the same fill price.

Fee Structures
Set a management fee, a performance fee percentage, and a high-water mark that stops you charging twice for the same gains. Fees debit on close with auto-reinvest or auto-pay.
Investor Statements
Investor-grade statement showing every allocated trade, the master fill price, their proportional share, fees charged, and running PnL versus high-water mark.
23 allocated trades, 71% win rate. HWM moved from 10,000 to 10,342 after fees.
Manager Approval
Investors approve the manager before any allocation starts. Revoke anytime. Per-investor max drawdown stop that liquidates their allocation if a manager runs hot.
Live Reports
Managers see AUM, allocated open positions, period PnL, and investor-level breakdown. Investors see their own live PnL, fee accrual, and HWM progress.
Common questions
No vague answers.
MAM allocates by lot size, with each investor's position sized by lots proportional to their equity weight. PAMM allocates by percentage of the pool, which is easier for very small or very large investors. Both are supported and the manager picks per account.
Automatically on close, from the investor's realized PnL above the current high-water mark. Period schedule is set by the manager and can be monthly, quarterly, or on withdrawal. The investor sees the math before every allocation.
Yes. On withdrawal, performance fees crystallize against the current HWM. If their account is below HWM they pay nothing. Their remaining equity continues participating in subsequent allocations.
Yes. Each investor has a segregated client sub-account. The manager never touches investor funds directly, trading on a master account while allocations distribute automatically.
Only on live-funded sub-accounts. Evaluation accounts during a challenge phase do not participate in managed allocations by design, since challenge accounts are the trader's own evaluation.
No platform cap. Managers can scale to hundreds of investors on one master account. The allocation engine is built for this and has been tested at over 500 investors on a single master open fill.
